The Account Executive role focuses on managing and expanding a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses using the company’s advertising solutions. The position combines proactive outbound prospecting with converting qualified leads, owning the full sales cycle from first contact to closing.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and prospect high‑potential SMB accounts through cold calls, emails, and outreach, alongside leads from the BDR team.
• Manage the complete sales process: initial pitch, strategy presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Develop tailored advertising strategies using formats such as Promoted Pins, Shopping Ads, and Video Ads.
• Build long-term client relationships and drive consistent revenue growth.
• Understand clients’ goals and challenges, turning insights into compelling value propositions.
• Hold regular performance reviews, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and remove barriers to investment.
• Keep Salesforce updated with activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with the BDR team to improve lead quality and alignment.
Requirements:
• C2 level in Dutch and C1 English.
• Experience in digital advertising sales or B2B account management preferred.
• Proven ability to self‑prospect, build pipeline, pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and managing an existing client portfolio.
• Strong CRM skills (Salesforce preferred) and ability to analyze customer data.
• Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Pinterest, Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented, and self‑motivated profile.
