Account Executive - Digital Publishing

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for campaign coordination of inventory sales across the Nine’s Digital Publishing team, working across a client base of national brands.

Day to day you will:

• Booking and revising advertising spots within the context of an advertising campaign
• Communicating with clients to ensure smooth running of advertising campaigns
• Accommodate and prioritise a number of concurrent advertising campaigns
• Liaise with advertising agencies via telephone to coordinate bookings, revisions and rates for advertising campaigns
• Confirm phone bookings with agency/client via email
• Data entry of advertising spots to sales and traffic system
• Monitor movement of advertising spots in traffic system and act to ensure (number and amount of) ‘credits’ are reduced
• General administrative tasks for Sales team

What you'll bring:

• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people (via telephone) and relate to people at all levels of client/agency organisations
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence, self-motivated and demonstrates initiative
• Intermediate Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel skills required
• Microsoft PowerPoint skills highly desirable
• The ability to work independently and within a team environment as a team player
