We are seeking a driven Account Executive to unlock client opportunities and generate new business. You will manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to solutioning and closing — while consistently acting in the best interest of the client. Success in this role requires agility, disciplined prospecting, deep discovery skills, and a relentless drive to exceed quota.

Key Responsibilities

Territory Ownership & Prospecting

• Own and actively manage a defined book of business.
• Research accounts to uncover triggers, buying centers, and whitespace opportunities.
• Prioritize accounts strategically based on potential, readiness, and fit.
• Build a healthy, predictable pipeline aligned to the ideal customer profile.

Customer Engagement & Discovery

• Conduct deep discovery conversations with decision makers and influencers.
• Multi-thread across functions and engage CXO-level stakeholders.
• Understand client needs, challenges, budgets, and success metrics.
• Travel approximately 40% to meet clients and prospects face-to-face.

Solutioning, Negotiation & Closing

• Consult with customers to recommend tailored recruitment solutions.
• Build compelling value narratives for each account.
• Negotiate effectively and close new business consistently at or above quota.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up to ensure predictable deal progression.

Forecasting & Pipeline Management

• Deliver accurate, reliable forecasts with full transparency on risks and upside.
• Drive consistency in top-of-funnel activities to avoid pipeline gaps.
• Communicate pipeline status clearly to management.

Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan.
• Document and share competitive intelligence and market insights.
• Provide structured feedback to product and marketing teams based on client needs.

Team Contribution & Leadership

• Coach, collaborate and support colleagues by sharing feedback and best practices.
• Proactively solve problems beyond defined responsibilities.
• Lead initiatives that strengthen team capability and support company objectives.

• Consistently exceeding quota while building long-term client trust.
• Driving CXO-level conversations that lead to strategic partnerships.
• Contributing to team growth through collaboration, coaching, and leadership.
• Acting as a trusted advisor who aligns LinkedIn’s solutions with client goals.

 

Basic Qualifications:  

• 3+ years of applicable sales experience  

Preferred Qualifications:  

• MBA or Equivalent degree
• Solution selling  
• Ability to multithread and sell to different business stakeholders  
• Experience in selling SaaS solutions ,Field Sales 
• Experience in handling CRM  
• Demonstrate ability in managing CXO relationships and large enterprise accounts  
• Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair transactions  
• Ability to negotiation and accurate forecasting skills  
•  Highly agile and self driven.
• Experience in research and account planning skills
• Consultative selling mindset with strong executive presence
• Disciplined in execution with a clear hunger to win and grow
• Open to continuous learning and committed to personal and team success.
• Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment  
• Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others  
• Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors
