We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Account Executive to join our wider ITG team, supporting a busy and growing account. Working closely with the Senior Account Manager, you will help deliver marketing activity across a broad spectrum of media, including translation, digital asset production, TVC formats, CRM, social, and print.

This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role where operational excellence and outstanding client service are key. Our marketing technology platform, Storyteq, underpins our service delivery, so you’ll gain hands-on experience across client service, marketing technology, and structured delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Project Support

• Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation, including briefs, timing plans, status reports, and contact reports
• Help coordinate and execute regular marketing activities across designated brands and markets
• Escalate potential risks or delays to the Senior Account Manager in a timely manner
• Support reporting on campaign and programme performance

Project & Operational Delivery

• Coordinate workflow across internal teams (creative, production, digital, translation, etc.)
• Ensure all deliverables are tracked, managed, and delivered on time and to specification
• Assist with quality control across digital and print outputs
• Maintain accurate records within project management and marketing technology systems
• Support weekly KPI tracking and reporting to drive incremental uptake increases
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies across processes and delivery

Platform & Process Management

• Use Storyteq and other internal systems to manage campaign workflows and asset production
• Ensure correct file management, version control, and documentation throughout project lifecycles
• Support process compliance and best practice implementation


Requirements:
• Strong client-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence
• Experience or internship exposure within multi-channel marketing (social, digital, CRM, print)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive, collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working within a marketing agency environment
• Exposure to marketing technology platforms or digital asset management system
