Growth BD岗位职责：

1. 负责管理和提升外贸B2B客户的资金规模和产品营收。

2. 通过多种获客方式（转介绍、电销、渠道合作等）寻找高意向新客户，达成拓新客及营收目标；

3. 深入了解客户业务模型与需求，结合我司多元化产品能力，制定匹配的综合解决方案；

4. 通过专业的销售和服务能力，保持良好客情，推动新客户从注册、KYC、上线到持续交易的全流程，确保客户稳定使用；维系老客户的留存和深度产品渗透率，提升老客营收。

5. 关注客户交易合规性，具备基本的风险识别意识，能在销售过程中把控交易合理性与真实性；

6. 跟进行业趋势及客户反馈，协助优化产品和业务流程。

任职要求：

- 本科及以上学历，2年以上的客户拓展经验（电销、电面结合、直客、商务渠道合作等），有跨境支付、ERP、Saas、银行、外贸产业带供应链业务经验者优先；

- 结果导向，具备强烈的自我驱动能力，能独立完成客户跟进与转化；

- 具备出色的沟通能力，能与客户进行深入业务对话并建立信任关系；

- 学习能力强，能够快速理解客户行业、业务模式及公司产品；

- 有良好的方案思维和系统性思考能力，能结合公司产品制定实用落地的交易方案；

- 具备风险意识，了解跨境业务合规要求，能在销售过程中识别潜在问题并规避风险。
