Role Description:
日本を代表する大手企業（エンタープライズ企業）の戦略的パートナーとして、お客様のビジネスを根底から変革する提案をリードしていただきます。
単に製品を売るのではなく、お客様の経営課題に寄り添い、将来の収益を共に創り出す役割です。既存のお客様との関係性を深めつつ、新たな可能性（新規ビジネス）を切り拓いていく、非常にやりがいのあるポジションです。

Your Impact：

• パートナーシップの構築: お客様と日々向き合い、ビジネスモデルやマーケティング戦略の「核心」を理解した上で、伴走しながら成長を支えます。

• マーケティングの高度化を支援: 最新のAIエージェント（Agentforce）やデータ基盤（Data Cloud）を駆使し、お客様のマーケティングを一段高い次元へと引き上げます。

• 経営層へのプレゼンテーション: 四半期ごとのビジネスレビュー（QBR）などを通じて、役원・経営層（C-level）に対し、テクノロジーがもたらす未来のビジョンを提案します。

• 現場の声を製品へ: 現場で得たリアルな知見を社内にフィードバックし、Salesforceの製品進化を支える「顧客の代弁者」としての役割も担います。

• プロフェッショナルな契約管理: 複雑なエンタープライ즈契約の交渉から締結まで、ビジネスのプロとして全プロセスをリードします。

Basic Requirements:

• エンタープライズIT業界での経験（5年以上）: 大手企業向けの複雑なソリューション営業を経験してきた方。

• 数字へのコミットメント: 四半期・年間の目標達成に向け、粘り強く戦略的に動ける方。

• 高い交渉力と論理的思考: 複雑な契約をまとめ上げ、適正な価値を形にする力をお持ちの方。

• コミュニケーション能力: 日本語での円滑かつ、プロフェッショナルなコミュニケーションができる方（読み・書き・対話）。

Preferred Requirements:

• C-levelとの折衝経験: 経営層に対し、物怖じせずビジネスの本質を語れる方。

• グローバルな視点: 多様な文化や組織を理解し、広い視野でアカウントマネジメントができる方。

• 知的好奇心: AIやデータ活用など、新しいテクノロジーを自ら学び、楽しんで提案に活かせる方。
