Account Director

Walz Tetrick Advertising is seeking a dynamic and strategic Account Director ready to lead advertising initiatives for a major retail brand that thrives at high speed, values great creative, and moves markets. This is a unique opportunity to partner on work that matters, blending bold creative thinking with full-service execution across strategy, media, digital, and experiential initiatives.

What You’ll Do::
• Lead the strategic vision, shaping campaigns that engage consumers, elevate the brand, and drive measurable results.
• Build and deepen long-term client partnerships grounded in trust, insight, and a shared drive for excellence.
• Translate business goals into bold, creative marketing initiatives, from integrated campaigns to cutting-edge activations.
• Serve as an integral client liaison, steering communication with senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment across strategy, creative, media, and production teams.
• Own performance measurement by tracking KPIs and leveraging data to refine strategy and demonstrate impact.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, championing collaboration, professional growth, and high-performance delivery.
• Drive agency growth by identifying opportunities, contributing to pitches, and elevating our strategic footprint.
• Manage account financials, including revenue planning, budgeting, and profitability.

Requirements::
• 8–10+ years of ad agency experience, including leading complex, high-stakes client relationships.
• Retail or high-volume consumer brand experience strongly preferred.
• A strategic thinker and creative collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working across all agency disciplines including creative, media, digital, analytics, and production.
• Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing scopes, budgets, and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
