About the Role
We have built an AI-first customer engagement and commerce platform that enables
enterprises to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue through intelligent lifecycle automation.
This role will own the enterprise sales motion, focused on acquiring and growing strategic
accounts across key sectors. You will drive end-to-end sales, build early lighthouse customers,
and shape GTM for a category that sits at the intersection of AI, marketing automation, and
commerce.

What You Will Do
● Open and grow strategic enterprise accounts across hospitality, retail, BFSI,
e-commerce, and digital-native sectors
● Drive demand for AI-led customer engagement, lifecycle automation, and revenue
growth platforms
● Engage with CMOs, Chief Digital Officers, Growth Heads, and CX leaders to identify
high-impact use cases
● Build and convert a strong pipeline of enterprise deals, including multi-property /
multi-brand rollouts
● Lead end-to-end sales cycles: discovery, solutioning, demos, commercial structuring,
and closure
● Position value around ROI (conversion, retention, LTV, campaign efficiency), not just
features
● Partner with product and solutions teams to customize deployments for enterprise
workflows
● Build account expansion strategy including cross-sell, upsell, and long-term contracts
● Drive forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and deal reviews with high discipline
● Build early customer references and case studies to accelerate market adoption
● Influence product roadmap based on enterprise marketing and customer data needs

What You Bring
● 7 to 12 years’ experience in enterprise SaaS sales (MarTech, CPaaS, CDP, CRM, or AI
platforms)
● Proven success selling to marketing, growth, and digital leaders in large enterprises
● Strong understanding of:
o Customer lifecycle management
o Campaign orchestration (WhatsApp, email, push, voice)
o Personalization and segmentation
o Attribution and marketing ROI
● Experience with platforms like MoEngage, CleverTap, Gupshup, WebEngage, Braze,
Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly relevant
● Ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with long evaluation phases
● Commercial sharpness in pricing, SaaS contracts, and multi-year deal structuring
● Strong storytelling ability to translate AI capabilities into business outcomes
● Comfort operating in early-stage, fast-moving environments with ambiguity
● Bias for action, ownership, and building from zero
