We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Account Director – Enterprise Cloud Sales to lead enterprise sales growth across the North region. This role is focused on driving cloud adoption within large enterprise accounts, with a strong emphasis on cloud consulting and managed services.

The ideal candidate will combine strong enterprise sales expertise with technical cloud knowledge and strategic account management capabilities. You will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing strategic enterprise relationships while driving revenue growth, customer engagement, and long-term business expansion.

This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, business development, and consultative selling capabilities in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.


Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & Business Growth

• Drive enterprise sales growth through strategic account planning and business development initiatives.
• Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Own revenue targets, profitability growth, and market expansion for the enterprise sales vertical.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and position the organization competitively within target enterprise segments.
• Build and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline through proactive outbound engagement and relationship building.

Strategic Account Management

• Develop long-term relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and decision-makers within enterprise accounts.
• Lead enterprise-level sales discussions, presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
• Understand customer business challenges and position cloud solutions aligned to operational and business goals.
• Contribute to solution discussions, initial technical conversations, and commercial proposals without overdependence on pre-sales teams.
• Drive account penetration, expansion opportunities, and customer retention initiatives.

Cloud Consulting & Solution Selling

• Promote adoption of public cloud solutions including AWS, Azure, and cloud-native services.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS architectures and their business value.
• Collaborate with cloud partners, OEMs, ISVs, and alliance teams to drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Work closely with technical, delivery, and solution teams to ensure successful customer engagement and proposal development.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Support team development through strategic leadership, mentorship, and collaborative selling approaches.
• Partner with marketing teams to execute account-based campaigns, workshops, and engagement programs.
• Build structured account intelligence including customer contacts, buying behavior, market trends, and competitive insights.
• Operate effectively within a fast-moving and evolving business environment with high ownership and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, cloud sales, or strategic account management.
• Proven experience selling cloud services and enterprise technology solutions directly to large accounts.
• Strong background in field sales, enterprise account management, and consultative solution selling.
• Experience working with public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing architectures, managed services, SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS models.
• Proven track record of exceeding enterprise sales targets and building high-value sales pipelines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in entrepreneurial and high-growth environments.
