Account Development

• Drive business development activities to identify new revenue opportunities within existing and new clients.
• Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and proactive opportunity spotting.
• Support cross-selling by identifying client needs and introducing relevant solutions and services.
• Monitor competitive activity within assigned accounts and share key insights internally.
• Manage commercial activities for Sales Force Activation solutions, ensuring effective delivery to clients.
• Prepare client performance updates and support regional reporting requirements.
• Support revenue and profitability targets through effective account management and pricing processes.
• Track financial performance and highlight risks or improvement areas.
• Execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
• Gather client feedback and contribute to product improvement discussions.
• Assist with pricing proposals and commercial approaches for new or enhanced solutions.
• Communicate product updates and value propositions to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and commercial initiatives.
• Contribute to team projects and process improvement efforts.

 

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 5–8+ years of experience in FMCG (retail/marketing/sales) or market research (insights/category/shopper/agency).
• Strong understanding of FMCG industry briefs and proposal development processes.
• Ability to interpret data and use analytical tools effectively.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
• Strong client management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with store observation services is a plus.
• Solid understanding of the market research industry.
• Strong commercial mindset with B2B experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical capabilities.
