OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Team Lead, Producer Relations, non-top accounts, the Coordinator, Producer Relations is responsible for administration of producer contracts, and administration of free riders. The role supports producer relations specialist in recruitment of producers and focuses on supporting onboarding activities in various jurisdictions.
Professional skills and experience with outbound sales and strong administration skills are required for success in this role.
This is a salary paid position, and requires residency in Canada.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and prioritize viable leads for recruitment via a Customer Relationship Management software.
Administer and track contracts, contract updates, leads via Contract Management Lifecycle software.
Leading on distributing quotes, providing response to onboarding inquires, supporting account specialist in their engagement with producers during cross-prospecting.
Supporting Key Account and Account Specialist with administration of producer contracts, preparing onboarding packages, preparing emails to execute new contracts.
Support onboarding webinars and becoming an SME, the account specialist can rely on to support their engagement with producers.
Recruit prospective producers to join Circular Materials PRO and support recruitment for EPR programs supported by Circular Materials using well developed techniques meeting annual KPIs
Answer in-bound queries related to membership, obligation, regulation via team chat/email.
Effectively communicate regulatory requirements, rules, policies, explain contractual requirement such as paper and packaging reporting and payments that fund EPR programs.
Meet, key performance indicators, goals.
Provide onboarding support to new producers around reporting scope and materials
Review initial invoices to ensure producers have been onboarded correctly.
If required, assist Customer Relations team during reporting periods with tasks such as portal guidance, general inquiries or at times report validation of prospected stewards.
Responsible for liaising with multiple stakeholders both internal and external to Circular Materials.
Internal Relationships
Reports to the Team Lead, Producer Relations, works closely with Customer Relations Director to prioritize work activities.
Liaison with compliance department members as requested by manager to support in corrective measures.
Liaise with Communications and Finance Departments as needed.
External Relationships
Producers and/or prospective producers/customers under various Canadian legislation.
Ministries of Environment/Government Authorities from time to time.
Consultants.
Other duties as assigned to support producers of Circular Materials.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Post Secondary education in Business Administration or Sales Management, or
An equivalent combination of training and relevant work experience are required.
Experience
3+ years of customer service experience including account management is required.
2+ years of progressive business development and outbound sales experience is required.
2+ years experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) model/SAP.
2+ years experience using Excel with advanced functionality.
Knowledge of how to use research software to identify leads.
Experience with administrating contracts is an asset.
Familiarity with extended producer responsibility and circular economy is an asset.
Knowledge/Competencies/Skills
Preference will be given to candidates with a strong understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and the ability to communicate and apply AI technologies effectively within a business context.
Bilingualism is an asset for this role (professional level French and English).
Proven sales and business development capability.
Strong research capability and ability to be self-motivated and able to work independently when required.
Superior attention to detail.
Strong desire to develop and maintain positive client relationships.
Ability to problem-solve and successfully resolve conflicts.
Strong oral and written communication skills with clients and colleagues. Good listening skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS
All CM employees work 40 hours per week, remotely from a home office environment.
PAY TRANSPARENCY
Expected Compensation:
An annualized salary in the range of $50,000 to $60,000.
The wage range listed complies with the Ontario Employment Standards Act and reflects a potential earnings range for this role. The actual wage offered will be determined within the range, and will depend on factors, such as the candidate’s unique qualifications, relevant experience, work location and expected contributions.
