Role Overview
As part of the international Retail Media Sales team, the Account & Campaign Manager owns the execution and delivery of advertising campaigns across Germany (knuspr.de), Austria (gurkerl.at), Czechia (rohlik.cz), Hungary (kifli.hu), and Romania (sezamo.ro). The role supports Media Sales Managers and partners with advertisers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure high-quality campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
This position is responsible for the end-to-end post-sales process: from collecting assets and setting up campaigns in the Rohlik Ads system to performance tracking, and reporting. The Account & Campaign Manager leads operational excellence in campaign execution and provides input to process improvements and performance optimization.
The role reports to the Director Retail Media and is instrumental in building trust and long-term partnerships through accurate execution and proactive client communication.
What we expect from you
Campaign Management & Execution
• Owns the full campaign lifecycle: asset collection, validation, scheduling, and delivery.
• Leads the technical implementation of advertising campaigns across web, app, and mobile platforms.
• Supports timely campaign launches and ensures all creative materials are correctly uploaded and functioning.
• Monitors live campaigns and ensures alignment with delivery goals and KPIs.
• Troubleshoots issues to maintain campaign continuity and performance.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
• Serves as the primary contact for advertisers and media agencies post-sale.
• Provides updates to advertisers with weekly performance metrics and detailed end-of-campaign reports.
• Identifies upsell opportunities and recommends real-time optimizations.
Reporting & Optimization
• Analyzes campaign performance to extract insights and drive improvements.
• Prepares reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Provides input to campaign and product development based on recurring client needs and feedback.
• Supports financial reconciliation and invoicing processes with accurate campaign data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partners with internal teams including sales, creative, and product to ensure campaign success.
• Provides feedback to improve operational processes and campaign efficiency.
• Receives updates from product and design teams on system changes and new features.
What we look for
Experience & Education
• 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising, campaign management, or account management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple advertising campaigns with attention to detail and timely execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of digital advertising workflows and campaign performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to troubleshoot technical and operational challenges.
• Analytical skills for interpreting data and creating actionable insights.
• Proficient in tools for campaign monitoring, performance tracking, and reporting.
Languages
• C1+ proficiency in English (written and spoken)
