About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Based Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. The successful individual will be required to build and nurture loyal, long-lasting relationships with all current and potential customers/clients, and to support our ambitious annual revenue targets and feed our pipeline. You will also you be able to analyse data, sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies.

A Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle will be required for position.
About you
You will ideally have experience of supporting marketing campaigns and delivering marketing packages for key and target clients, as well as proven experience in key account management and business development. Holding strong negotiation, leadership skills and the ability to problem solve will make you an ideal fit for this position. A passion for rewilding and the natural world would also be desirable.
Key Accountabilities & Deliverables
Strategy Development and Delivery:
Continue to lead the design and implementation of tailored ABM strategies for our target accounts.
Ensure that these strategies align with overall Business Growth strategy and objectives, driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Design and manage HubSpot workflows that trigger notifications to the BD & Key Account Manager when a target account engages with high-intent content (e.g., downloading a restoration guide)
Campaign Management:
Take ownership of end-to-end ABM campaign management, from conceptualisation to execution, across multiple channels.
Ensure campaigns are well-coordinated and meet targeted goals.
Ensure all campaigns are tracked and reporting through Hubspot and fed into the Head of Business Growth
Support the BD & Key Account Manager by providing tailored marketing collateral (e.g., sector-specific case studies) to accompany initial outreach for high-priority portal opportunities.
Targeted Content Creation:
Oversee the creation of personalised content that addresses the unique needs and challenges of key accounts; commissioning and managing external contractors where necessary
Coach and support the Marketing & Bids Coordinator to produce high-quality, relevant content that supports ABM and business need, including but not limited to brochures and flyers, case studies, blogs, Linkedin posts, graphics, explainer videos etc.
Account Management:
Work cross functionally to devise and feed into key account plans to meet business, project and client needs, and in particular partner with the Business Development and Key Account Manager to ensure success
Continue to develop and refine Key Account management plans for our strategic accounts, ensuring long-term relationship growth and alignment with business objectives.
Marketing and Stakeholder engagement:
Ensure the successful integration of our marketing and stakeholder engagement packages into our bids and client projects, to drive maximum exposure for the business and our partnerships.
Prepare and present key campaigns, services and proposal to target clients, to showcase Ecosulis as the partner of choice and position us as leaders in our field.
Collaborate with the Bid Lead to integrate unique social value and stakeholder engagement strategies into 'Go' bids, ensuring Ecosulis' marketing USPs are a competitive advantage.
Feed into stakeholder engagement bid requirements
Run stakeholder meetings and campaigns
Lead and support project Managers to deliver social value outcomes.
Customer Satisfaction Management:
Lead the coordination and management of customer satisfaction surveys for all projects, feeding in insights into Project Management, Bids and to the Head of Business Growth.
Analyse results and work with project managers and other teams to address areas of improvement.
Formally hand over qualified 'warm leads' from surveys to the BD & Key Account Manager via HubSpot tasks, providing a brief on the client’s specific expansion interests Client Relationship Building:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor who understands their business needs and provides solutions that add value.
Content Management:
Ensure our website remains a dynamic, valuable resource by overseeing the Marketing & Bids Coordinator to deliver regular content updates and improvements.
Oversee the creation of targeted content that resonates with key accounts and prospects.
Work alongside our appointed web development agency to devise SEO campaigns, to drive targeted traffic to our website and in turn create new opportunities to deliver nature recovery at scale.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Provide leadership and guidance to the Marketing and Bids Coordinator, ensuring their work aligns with the overall marketing and ABM strategies.
As an entry level role into marketing, you will be required to take on a coaching role to ensure they ‘learn on the job’ and deliver business development requirements that align with our ABM strategies and campaigns.
You will be required to support their professional development and help them achieve their objectives.
Provide review and sign off for all marketing collateral and content before it goes live, signing off all creative briefs and content and ensuring they meet our brand guidelines.
Strategic Event Attendance:
Identify and attend industry events that align with our strategic objectives.
Represent the company, build relationships, and gather insights that can inform marketing and ABM strategies.
Oversee the production of event materials and targeted communication toe ensure they align with account need.
Support to Head of Business Growth:
Work closely with the Head of Business Growth to deliver on the broader business growth strategy.
Provide strategic input, share insights, and support various initiatives as needed.
Conduct and present periodic reporting for all marketing and ABM activity to showcase achievements of KPIs and key metrics
Experience
Required:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in B2B marketing with a focus on ABM and key account management
Experience in content creation and website management.
Preferred:
Experience in nature recovery/conservation/rewilding is a distinct advantage. Marketing-related degree a bonus.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills
Experience of working alongside or part of a BD/Marketing function
