Accommodation Co-Ordinator

We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight.

We are pleased to announce that we ae looking for a Travel & Accommodation Coordinator to join our team at our head office. This position will be office-based five days per week in Ballymount, Dublin 22

Responsibilities

• Manage the accommodation requests of employees and executives in a timely manner according to project schedules

• Assist with arranging appropriate hotel reservations

• Coordinating with landlords/estate agents, and preparing itineraries

• Liaise with various travel agencies and companies for bookings and cancellations

• Log and maintain all accommodation records and spreadsheets

• Check all landlord/ agency invoices on a weekly basis.

• Prepare high quality monthly accommodation reports for the payroll team.

Requirements:
Requirements

• Good command of English, both written and spoken

• Previous experience working as a travel coordinator or similar role required

• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and long-term apartments

• Self-motivated, assertive individual, problem solver and teamwork oriented

• Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen

• Extremely proficient in MS Office applications

• Knowledge of bulk booking software and technologies like IATA, Amadeus, Galileo preferred

• Awareness about international travel regulations, customs, and currencies

• Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field desired
