What is Access Fast Track?

Capacity is a non-profit association and a start-up incubator which works to facilitate the economic and social inclusion of persons with refugee and migrant background into a sustainable Swiss economy and society.

Access Fast Track is an initiative aimed to support the refugees recently arriving in Switzerland as well as the wider refugee and migrant community in their integration in the Swiss Labour Market.

The programme is bilingual (DE/EN)

Requirements:
✔️ Refugee and migrant background

✔️ Higher Education Degree: BA University / Hochschule Degree, equivalent, or higher

✔️ At least 3 years of work experience

✔️ At least B2 level German or English language skills

✔️ Commitment to the program ( orientation - workshops - coaching sessions - social circles)

✔️ Availability to join three half-day workshops in person in Zurich
