Was ist Access Fast Track?

Capacity ist ein gemeinnütziger Verein und Start-up-Inkubator, der sich mit seinen Programmen und seiner starken Gemeinschaft für die wirtschaftliche und soziale Integration von Menschen mit Flucht- und Migrationshintergrund in eine nachhaltige Schweizer Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft einsetzt.

Access Fast Track ist eine Initiative, die darauf abzielt, die kürzlich in der Schweiz angekommenen Flüchtlinge sowie die weitere Flüchtlings- und Migrantengemeinschaft bei ihrer Integration in den Schweizer Arbeitsmarkt zu unterstützen.

Requirements:
Teilnahmebedingungen

✔️ Flucht- oder Migrationshintergrund

✔️ Höherer Bildungsabschluss: Bachelor Universität / Hochschule, gleichwertig oder höher

✔️ Mindestens 3 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung

✔️ Mindestens B2-Niveau in Deutsch oder Englisch

✔️ Engagement für das Programm (Orientierung - Workshops - Coaching Sessions - Social Circles)

✔️ Verfügbarkeit, um an drei halbtägigen Workshops und 3 weiteren Events persönlich in Zürich teilzunehmen
