Your Leadership in Action 
The Access Center Manager leads Access Team operations under the System Director of Access, overseeing scheduling optimization, call center operations, and access analytics. This role partners with clinics and Digital Health, resolves stakeholder issues, and collaborates closely with the Referral Center Manager to improve processes and meet access KPIs, while working across teams and leadership on access policies and procedures.
• Lead and oversee MPN Access Team operations, ensuring performance meets system goals and Access KPIs.
• Manage, develop, and engage staff, including supervision of the scheduling template team, training, and staffing needs.
• Oversee provider scheduling templates in Oracle Health, including design, optimization, approvals, and compliance with established guidelines.
• Collaborate with operations, revenue cycle, IT, and clinical leadership to resolve issues, improve workflows, and enhance patient access.
• Monitor performance, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and provide insights, reporting, and recommendations to leadership to drive continuous improvement.
What’s Required  
Minimum Qualifications (one of the following):
• High school diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of relevant technical experience, including 2 years in a leadership role demonstrating effective leadership and team-building.
• Associate degree in business, management, or a related technical field plus 3 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in a leadership role demonstrating effective leadership and team-building.
Additional Requirements:
• Experience with healthcare information systems (e.g., Oracle Health) and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Experience with schedule management and medical template application preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Required experience in ambulatory care clinic operations.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
