Your Impact:

As a Senior Software Engineer you will: 

• Design and implement robust software solutions that accelerate research workflows and improve data analysis capabilities

• Lead technical decision-making for key projects, ensuring scalable and maintainable architectures

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a strong engineering culture 

• Set technical standards and drive adoption of best practices across the team

• Support and collaborate with other teams to optimize workflows and eliminate bottlenecks

• Advocate for best engineering practices

About you

Technical Requirements:

• Experience with one or more of the major cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure 

• Infrastructure as Code – Terraform, AWS CDK, or similar

• Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js

• Proficiency in React or similar framework

• Experience building and maintaining microservice architectures, designing APIs, and cloud security best practices knowledge

• CI/CD practices and DevOps principles 

Soft & Behavioral Skills:

• Experience working with multiple teams to drive alignment and results

• Service-oriented, flexible, and a team player who takes initiative

• Strong problem-solving & critical thinking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

• Growth mindset with enthusiasm for learning new technologies and approaches

Your background:

• 5+ years of experience (or equivalent knowledge) (If you feel qualified, apply regardless of years of experience!)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is a plus

• Experience in an innovative, fast-paced environment
