We are looking for an enthusiastic Academic Operations Intern to support day-to-day academic and operational workflows in a fast-paced learning environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to how academic programs are managed, executed, and optimized. You will work closely with the program management team, contributing to multiple processes that ensure smooth delivery of learning experiences.

The role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how academic operations function in a dynamic setup. You will gain practical experience in coordination, reporting, content support, and process management while contributing to real-time projects.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily academic and operational activities across multiple workflows
• Support class reviews, feedback collection, and basic data tracking processes
• Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation to ensure process efficiency
• Contribute to content-related tasks and updates as required
• Help coordinate ongoing academic processes and ensure timely execution
• Assist with internal communication and follow-ups when needed
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data and operational records
