Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Student Support: Offer academic guidance to students, assisting them in navigating course options, career trajectories, and available learning resources.
• Program Guidance: Help students choose suitable courses aligned with their academic ambitions and interests.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing insights and suggestions for enhancement.
• Engagement Strategies: Design and execute initiatives aimed at improving student engagement and retention.
• Workshops and Seminars: Plan and lead workshops, webinars, and informational events centered on strategies for academic success.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with faculty and various departments to ensure students have access to comprehensive support.
• Feedback Mechanism: Collect and assess student feedback to improve the academic experience and refine program offerings.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in academic counseling or student support, ideally within the EdTech industry.
• Knowledge: Robust understanding of e-learning platforms, educational technologies, and contemporary teaching practices.
• Skills:
o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
o Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
o Proficient in CRM systems and other educational management instruments.
