Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in academic planning, including timetable creation, curriculum scheduling, and session allocation
• Coordinate with faculty to ensure smooth execution of lesson plans and academic calendars
• Monitor syllabus completion and ensure adherence to academic timelines
• Support in organizing examinations, assessments, and evaluation processes
• Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation accurately
• Facilitate communication between academic teams, students, and administration
• Identify gaps in academic delivery and support improvements in planning and execution
• Assist in organizing academic events, workshops, and training sessions
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and academic standards
• Support onboarding and coordination of teaching staff when required
