This position and job application pertains to a paid internship in partnership with Saddleback Community College.
Estimated hours: Staff may work anytime between the hours of 8:00am-8:00pm but may not exceed a total of 5 hours per workday or 20 hours per week.
Depending on their tentative caseloads, potential locations of operation for Behavior Technicians may be within a 15-20 mile radius from the following cities: Laguna Hills, Aliso Viejo, Irvine, Tustin, Orange, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Garden Grove, Anaheim.
Behavior One Autism Solutions has the following hours of operation for clinical services:
Mondays-Sundays 8:00am-8:00pm (Session times are based on employee's availability)

Up to $27 per hour depending on education and experienc

Job Requirements:
High school Diploma or GED-equivalent
Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions (i.e. DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, etc.) to children with special needs in a 1:1 setting in the home and community.
Collect accurate & reliable data for skill acquisition and problem behaviors on a daily basis
Follow ethical standards regarding behavioral modification
Collaborate with team members and maintain ongoing communication
Ability to interact in a positive manner with fellow staff members, families, and clients
Attend weekly/monthly staff meetings
Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
Ability to provide evidence of negative TB test results
Ability to pass FBI & DOJ Live Scan background check
Ability to travel to various locations daily
