Job Title: ABA Recruiter

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote - South Africa

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)

Key Responsibilities

• Actively source and recruit qualified ABA professionals, including BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and industry platforms.
• Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clinical leadership to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Manage and update candidate tracking and recruitment databases efficiently.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top ABA talent in a competitive market.
• Meet and exceed recruitment targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:
• Previous experience recruiting ABA professionals or within healthcare/behavioral health sectors preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking groups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and remotely during US business hours.
