Job Description
We’re hiring an ABA Clinical Supervisor (BCaBA) to support the delivery and supervision of ABA services for pediatric clients. This role works closely under a BCBA and serves as a clinical bridge between Registered Behavior Technicians and supervising clinicians to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
What You’ll Do
• Implement and monitor ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision
• Support data collection, analysis, and session planning
• Train, mentor, and provide in-session modeling and feedback to RBTs
• Assist with client intake assessments and baseline data collection
• Prepare progress summaries, session notes, and treatment updates as approved
• Collaborate with BCBAs on case reviews, parent training, and staff development
• Maintain ongoing communication with caregivers and school/community partners
• Complete additional clinical duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Current BCaBA certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA or behavioral health
• Strong communication, coaching, and instructional skills
• Proficiency with ABA data collection and reporting systems
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations
