Position Summary
Miracles Therapy Center is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans and ensure high-quality services for clients. Working under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Program Manager supports Behavior Technicians, coordinates treatment goals, and serves as the primary point of contact for client families. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to drive positive client outcomes and ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Program Oversight and Supervision
Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA.
Provide ongoing support and supervision to Behavior Technicians, ensuring compliance with protocols.
Conduct weekly check-ins and observations to assess client progress and make necessary adjustments.
Develop client Learning Trees for new cases.
Provide in-person support for Behavior Technicians during their first two sessions.
Perform data analysis and administrative duties, including:
Reviewing raw data and Behavior Technician notes.
Analyzing trends and modifying treatment goals.
Adjusting instructional notes and prompt hierarchies.
Reviewing session times, signatures, and documentation.
Creating visual aids and intervention materials.
Obtain necessary approvals for telehealth overlaps, community outings, and goal modifications.
Treatment Planning and Data Analysis
Collect and analyze data from Behavior Technicians to assess client progress.
Utilize a data-driven approach to make treatment recommendations and provide structured feedback.
Work closely with the BCBA to adjust intervention plans as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation and session reports to track progress.
Family and Client Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for families, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
Conduct parent and caregiver training under the BCBA’s direction.
Create a positive and supportive environment for clients and their families.
Professional Development and Training
Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development activities.
Ensure that Behavior Technicians stay up-to-date with best practices and intervention strategies.
Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
Compliance and Ethical Standards
Adhere to MTC policies, BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA, and privacy regulations.
Maintain professionalism and integrity in all client, staff, and family interactions.
Ensure compliance with all industry and regulatory standards.
Schedule
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Qualifications
Master’s degree (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Must relocate to "Location" before starting work (Required).
Willingness to Travel: 75% (Preferred).
