Momentum Services provides the least restrictive professional methods utilized in a consumer’s personal treatment, and do not use unnecessary or excessive methods under any circumstances.

Responsibilities:
Implement behavioral plans designed to address specific challenges and develop desired behavioral changes
Collect and analyze data
Assist in skill acquisition and development
Work with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
Provide consistent care and communication to caregivers
Effective and clear communication skills are necessary
Are you the right fit? You need:
High school diploma or equivalent
18+ years old
Valid Driver's License and reliable independent transportation
General computer knowledge
Willingness to learn
