ABA Administrator

Position: ABA Administrator

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Full-Time, Remote Work.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the administrative aspects of ABA therapy services, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate the intake processes for new clients, maintaining accurate and organized records in the database.
• Support therapists by managing schedules, coordinating client sessions, and ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
• Facilitate communication between families, therapists, and clinical teams to enhance service delivery.
• Assist in the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures to streamline operations.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ABA programs, ensuring high-quality service standards are met.
• Provide training and support for new staff members on administrative processes and software systems.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; relevant experience in an ABA setting is preferred.
• Previous experience in an administrative role within a healthcare or therapy setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and staff interactions.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and practices, along with compliance and regulatory standards.
• Proficient in using office software applications and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
