Job Summary

• Work in the assigned sales territory to meet or exceed sales targets and keep the management fully informed on market conditions, competitive situations, regulatory changes and all activities on a timely basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain territory records and submit reports to the Sales & Marketing Lead on a timely basis.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with assigned accounts and territories.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and key stakeholder
• Report key competitive activities and customer behavior to improve territory management in timely manner.
• Plan call objectives before and call analysis after each sales call to improve sales call efficiency.
• Present specialized sales calls to customers utilizing professional sales and negotiation skills to ensure the desired goals of calls.
• Execution excellence align to plan and strategy.
• Organise product workshops, training sessions and deliver scientific product knowledge to customers
• Develop and maintain product and competitive knowledge at all times.
• Ensure all activities comply with AbbVie's policies and compliance guidelines.
• Fully cooperate with other team members (marketing, AMI, sales coordinator, medical affairs team) to improve working efficiency and implement promotional campaign.
• Support overall objectives of the business unit, in addition to individual objectives.

• A Bachelor’s degree in science or medical-related, preferably with higher qualification in marketing, pharmacy or medical related
• More than 5 years of Pharmaceutical sales/marketing experience in the aesthetic market will be preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry
• familiar with CRM tools and data-driven sales approaches
• Strong presentation & problem solving skills
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with many diverse customers
• Self motivated person, able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Integrity and compliance mindset
