Job Description
Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.
This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. The position focuses on researching new opportunities, structuring ideas into practical initiatives, testing selected concepts in practice, and producing clear written outputs based on findings.
We are looking for someone who can take an idea, explore it through research, analyze information from multiple sources, and transform it into structured conclusions and actionable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct research on industries, companies, technologies, and market trends relevant to the company’s strategic interests.
• Analyze information from multiple sources and identify patterns, opportunities, and underlying drivers behind business outcomes.
• Develop and structure business ideas into practical approaches or initiatives.
• Test selected ideas or approaches in practice and evaluate results.
• Prepare clear written outputs based on research and experimentation, including articles, analytical summaries, and presentations.
• Prepare materials and background information for CEO discussions and initiatives.
• Support the CEO with selected organizational and coordination tasks when required (a minor part of the role).
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in roles involving research, analysis, consulting support, communications, or preparation of business materials.
• Strong research skills: ability to gather information from multiple sources, evaluate its reliability, and extract relevant insights.
• Analytical thinking: ability to identify patterns, compare data, and formulate clear conclusions rather than simply summarizing information.
• Excellent English (written and spoken) with the ability to produce clear, structured reports, articles, and presentations, and communicate effectively in professional discussions.
• Ability to work independently with loosely defined tasks and turn ideas or questions into structured analysis and practical outputs.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when preparing materials for executive use.
• Comfort working with new topics and quickly building understanding through research.
