Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth business, market, and technology research on industries, competitors, emerging trends, and potential partners.
• Analyze and synthesize complex information into clear executive-ready insights, structured briefs, comparisons, and actionable recommendations.
• Produce research-based written content, including analytical articles, thought leadership drafts, and supporting materials based on completed research.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic directions by spotting patterns, market signals, and partnership potential.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate research, summarization, and information structuring in daily workflows
• Occasionally support business development initiatives with research-driven company profiles, target lists, and outreach context.
• Handle selected administrative and organizational tasks (documentation, coordination, light scheduling, vendor communication) as a supplemental responsibility, ensuring smooth execution of priorities.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in business research, market intelligence, analytical roles, researcher roles, or similar positions.
• Strong research and analytical skills - ability to gather information from multiple sources, validate it, and extract meaningful business insights.
• Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking — comfortable working with open-ended business questions and exploring new topics independently.
• Excellent written English (C1+), including the ability to produce well-structured analytical texts, executive briefs, and research-based articles.
• Confidence using AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Notion AI, etc.) to accelerate research, summarization, and productivity.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and discretion, especially when working with sensitive or executive-level information.
What We Offer
• A strategic role in a reputable, globally recognized company.
• Opportunity for self-expression, innovation, and real impact.
• Competitive compensation with profit sharing.
• Collaborative, mission‑driven organizational culture.
