About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to work with a team that is responsible for building new, scalable consumer-facing products and applications that connect end users to the financial tools, products, and services they need to make informed financial decisions. The work in this role will include iterating and updating existing client-facing web pages and lead generation flows that guide users toward the right company-related products to meet their needs. You will also have the opportunity to take ownership of projects and initiatives that have a direct impact on product evolution, improving customer experience, and supporting the company's revenue growth. The focus of the work is front-end development, using Next.js, React, and TypeScript, but also includes some back-end development using tools like Node.js, SQL, REST API, and more.

 

Some of the main responsibilities for the role include:

• Write great code that is optimized for scalability and help design and build robust systems and large-scale consumer-facing applications.
• Be a team player who is willing to perform code reviews, share your expertise/knowledge to support others, and is able to work collaboratively with peers. 
• Play a key role in supporting the ongoing efforts to make the client's end-to-end SDLC fast and efficient, while maintaining industry-standard best practices. 
• Work throughout the full tech stack using Next.js (version 13 or newer), React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Material UI, REST APIs, SQL, and more.
• Contribute to the design and development of new applications, features, and workflows to make the customer experience more intuitive and user-friendly.

Job Skills/Requirements

- +90% English written and oral (at least B2-C1 level) with excellent communication skills

- 5+ years in a professional software engineer position

- 2+ years working on consumer-facing applications 

- Experience building modern Full-Stack applications with strong expertise in Front-End development and proficiency in backend development

- Expertise in Next.js (version 13+), React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and SSR,

- Proficiency with SQL, REST APIs, and backend integrations

- Ability to take business requests and break them down into manageable steps to achieve a goal

- Experience designing complex software projects, creating project plans, tracking progress, and driving the team to project execution by working collaboratively

- Able to see and understand the big picture of how systems interact with one another 

Nice to have:

- Hands-on experience with GraphQL

- Knowledge and understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IAC),

- Experience working on an organically driven website at a scale

- Experience working with data analytics tools and understanding complex analytics schemas

- Experience with CI/CD
