Job Description
We are Software Mind, an awesome team of engineers who are ready to ramp up any top-notch company’s projects! Our aim? To always be one step ahead. Become part of a multicultural company in constant growth with an excellent work environment certified by Great Place To Work!
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer to join a small, high-impact engineering team responsible for building and modernizing core business applications. This role will play a critical part in developing new platforms, enhancing existing systems, and introducing automation across the organization.

You will work across the full software development lifecycle—from design and development through testing and deployment—while adhering to established coding standards and engineering best practices. The environment requires a high degree of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently within a structured development framework.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing full stack applications using .NET technologies, with MVC-based front-end architecture
• Modernizing and migrating legacy Python-based logic into scalable .NET solutions
• Building automation tools and improving operational workflows
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with a strong emphasis on unit testing (targeting high code coverage)
• Collaborating closely with architecture leadership to align with system design, standards, and long-term technical direction
• Contributing to continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and application performance
• Supporting and maintaining existing applications, including occasional work with legacy automation tools

This role requires engineers who are comfortable working in a lean team environment, capable of handling ambiguity, and willing to take ownership of both technical execution and delivery outcomes.

• Strong experience with unit testing and writing testable, maintainable code
• Ability to follow structured coding standards and incorporate technical feedback effectively
• Experience working in small teams with high ownership and accountability

Preferred:

• Experience migrating or refactoring legacy systems (e.g., Python to .NET)
• Familiarity with automation tools or workflow optimization
• Exposure to Power Automate or similar low-code platforms
• Experience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with technical leadership in a highly collaborative environment
