The ideal candidate has a proven track record of improving and implementing sales approaches that expands reach, strengthens client relationships, and supports sales professionals. They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize and oversee business sales strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue
Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
Track all business-related invoices
Train sales professionals and help improve their skills
Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
Promote Apave America's services to prospective clients
Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople
Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company
Required Skills:
Proven record of sales growth
Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field. Experience in Non-Destructive Testing and/or Oil and Gas Industry will be considered an asset
Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
Exceptional project management skills
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
Qualifications:
Experience in managing sales or marketing teams
Sharp negotiation and networking skills
Organizational skills

Educational background in business, marketing, or finance
