Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer to join our government clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, hands-on experience with SharePoint development, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Work Location: Quantico, VA (Onsite)

Clearance: Must have at least a Public Trust – Secret level clearance preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing expert technical assistance and management of existing DFM SharePoint sites.

• Assist in designing and maintaining new SharePoint sites. The Contractor shall manage SharePoint updates as directed.

• Upload files, add metadata search criteria, add/grant/remove user permissions, create/update files/libraries/lists, create and maintain calendars and announcements, archive data, and manage SharePoint site space utilization for each of the DFM SP sites.

• Scan applicable documentation for upload to SP.

• Designing and maintaining new SharePoint sites.

• Perform migration of SharePoint content between versions.

• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users.

• Troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint and recommend solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful deployments.

• Stay current with SharePoint and industry best practices.

• Manage SharePoint updates as directed.

Required Qualifications

• Must have at least a Public Trust – Secret level clearance preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3+ years of experience in SharePoint development.

• Proficient in SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2019/2016/2013.

• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell scripting, and SharePoint Designer.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and .NET framework.

• Ability to design efficient and scalable SharePoint solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• SharePoint certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer) a plus.
