6-Months HR Internship - Learning & Development (m/f/d)

Mission Brief

Support our Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist and help us shape the future of employee growth at Isar Aerospace! As an L&D Intern, you will play a key role in building engaging learning experiences, supporting global onboarding, and contributing to cultural and development initiatives across the company.

This is an opportunity based at our headquarters in Ottobrunn, internship contract duration of 6 months, 40 hours / week.

Your Role in Our Space Mission:

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of global onboarding programs, ensuring new joiners experience a smooth and inspiring start

• Contribute to culture and engagement initiatives, helping to strengthen collaboration, shared values, and a positive employee experience

• Assist in designing and organizing training sessions, workshops, and learning events across technical and non-technical areas

• Maintain and update our Learning Management System Sana with new content and learning pathways

• Support continuous learning projects, including knowledge-sharing formats and learning campaigns

• Research innovative L&D trends, tools, and best practices to help us continuously improve our programs

• Provide administrative support for learning activities, surveys, and feedback processes

Qualification Checklist

• Passionate about learning, people development, and building meaningful employee experiences

• Bring strong organizational and communication skills

• Work proactively, with attention to detail, and enjoy a mix of independent and collaborative tasks

• Feel comfortable using MS Office; any experience with LMS platforms or e-learning tools is a plus

• Speak English and German fluently
