About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to support day-to-day execution across social media, content creation, paid advertising campaigns, and product marketing initiatives for a fast-growing AI-powered platform operating in the creator economy and social commerce space.
This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys working in a startup-style environment and wants to grow their skills across multiple channels while contributing directly to execution and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Execution
• Execute social media content across platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, and X
• Assist with maintaining structured content calendars aligned with growth goals
• Support short-form video production and publishing workflows
• Monitor engagement metrics and report performance insights
• Help optimize posting cadence and content performance
Content Creation & Support
• Assist in executing a consistent multi-channel content strategy
• Translate product features into clear, educational, and conversion-focused content
• Support development of:
○ short-form videos
○ carousels
○ product explainers
○ insight-driven posts
○ creator economy commentary
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content inputs and messaging direction
Paid Advertising Support
• Assist with launching and managing paid campaigns across platforms such as:
○ TikTok
○ Meta
○ LinkedIn
○ Google (optional but beneficial)
• Support testing creatives, audiences, and messaging variations
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reporting summaries
• Help improve acquisition efficiency through structured experimentation
Product Marketing Support
• Assist with the execution of go-to-market support for new feature releases
• Help communicate product capabilities clearly to agencies and e-commerce brands
• Support landing page messaging updates and campaign narratives
• Contribute to positioning content for AI-driven creator discovery and outreach tools
Growth & Reporting
• Track marketing KPIs across social media, content, and paid campaigns
• Assist with identifying opportunities to improve engagement and acquisition performance
• Support testing initiatives across content formats and messaging
• Contribute to pipeline generation and brand awareness activities

Requirements:
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required
• 1–3+ years of experience in social media marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing execution roles
• Experience supporting or managing social media accounts for SaaS, creator economy, or e-commerce brands (preferred but not required)
• Exposure to paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Google)
• Ability to create or coordinate short-form content production
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
