Scope of the role:

We are building AI-powered growth systems for performance-driven brands. Our work sits at the intersection of advanced AI tooling and proven direct response strategy. We’re looking for a direct response copywriter who can use AI to move faster without diluting persuasion, clarity, or conversion impact.

This role is not about prompting tools and shipping drafts. It’s about owning performance, iterating aggressively, and turning data into better copy.

Responsibilities:

• Write high-converting direct response copy for ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and sales funnels.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) to speed up research, ideation, testing, and iteration.
• Develop multiple angles, hooks, and variants for structured A/B testing.
• Optimize copy based on performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, and LTV.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, growth, and design teams to align messaging with performance goals.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting tone across audiences, platforms, and funnel stages.
• Edit, refine, and humanize AI-assisted drafts into polished, conversion-driven copy.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on direct response copywriting experience
• Demonstrated ability to write copy that drives measurable business outcomes
• Strong grasp of consumer psychology, persuasion frameworks, and funnel strategy
• Practical experience using AI tools inside a real copywriting or marketing workflow
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining clarity, intent, and conversion quality
• Experience with DTC, SaaS, or performance-driven brands is a strong plus.

Nice to have:

• Experience writing for paid social (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube)
• Familiarity with CRO principles and testing frameworks
• Exposure to AI, automation, or tech-enabled products
