About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, scroll-stopping content across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands short-form content, storytelling, pacing, and performance-driven editing, not just clean cuts.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Production

• Edit short-form and long-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ads)
• Transform raw footage into engaging, polished videos
• Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and music
• Optimize pacing for retention and watch time
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form snippets

Performance-Driven Creative

• Understand hooks, retention editing, and viral trends
• Implement platform-specific editing styles
