The Role: Growth Lead
We’re hiring a hands-on Growth Lead to own paid acquisition across Meta and Google while driving performance creative strategy. This is not a passive “agency manager” role.
You will:
• Build and optimize campaigns yourself
• Develop testing roadmaps
• Brief and shape high-converting creative
• Analyze performance deeply and make decisive calls
• You are responsible for profitable customer acquisition and scalable growth.
What You’ll Own
1. Paid Media Execution (Meta + Google)
• Plan and manage budgets across Meta and Google
• Structure accounts for efficient testing and scale
• Own retargeting + prospecting strategy
• Launch and optimize campaigns daily/weekly
• Manage CAC, AOV, LTV: CAC targets
2. Creative Strategy & Performance Briefing
• Develop a structured creative testing roadmap (hooks, angles, formats)
• Write clear, conversion-focused creative briefs for designers/UGC creators
• Partner with the brand to ensure the performance creative still feels premium
• Analyze creative performance at a granular level (hook rate, hold rate, thumbstop, CVR)
• Systematically iterate winning concepts
3. Testing & Experimentation
• Design structured tests (offer tests, landing page tests, audience tests)
• Build a hypothesis-driven experimentation framework
• Identify scalable winning patterns vs one-off wins
• Continuously improve blended efficiency
4. Reporting & Insights
• Own weekly and monthly growth reporting
• Track channel-level and blended performance
• Identify leading indicators (CTR, CPC, CVR shifts)
• Translate data into clear strategic recommendations

• Strong creative testing velocity
• Clear visibility into what drives incremental growth
Who You Are
• 5–8+ years in DTC media buying
• Deep hands-on experience buying media on Meta and Google
• Strong creative intuition + analytical rigor
• Obsessed with testing and iteration
• Can operate independently without a heavy structure
• Understands premium brand positioning (not just discount-driven growth)
Bonus Points
• Experience scaling fashion/apparel brands
• Strong understanding of the merchandising impact on paid
• Experience working with creators/UGC pipelines
