About the Role
We are looking for a versatile Brand Designer to join a fast-paced Brand Creative team. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter with strong time management skills who can produce compelling, cohesive assets across multiple channels.
You will manage the day-to-day flow of creative requests from various stakeholders, balancing multiple projects at once — often with tight deadlines and evolving priorities — while ensuring all work aligns with brand standards.
What You’ll Do
Creative Production
• Design branded assets including digital ads and email communications
• Produce performance-driven creative while maintaining strong brand storytelling
• Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and touchpoints
Collaboration
• Partner closely with the Copy team to bring on-brand messaging to life
• Work with the broader Brand Creative team to maintain design consistency and improve workflows
• Adapt and refine work based on feedback from cross-functional stakeholders
Project Management
• Manage intake and prioritize multiple simultaneous projects
• Deliver high-quality assets on time while adhering to brand guidelines and design specifications
• Stay organized in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience at a creative agency or design-led consumer brand
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
• Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere for light video editing and motion text
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a refined aesthetic and brand consistency
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
