This role sits within the Influencer & Creator Marketing category and is responsible for managing TikTok influencer programs end-to-end. The position is highly client-facing and requires someone who can balance creators, internal teams, and brand stakeholders while maintaining structure, timelines, and performance standards.
This is an execution + ownership role—not just outreach. You’ll be expected to run clean influencer programs that clients trust and creators respect.
Core Responsibilities
Client Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Lead client communications, updates, and performance recaps
• Translate brand goals into clear influencer briefs and campaign plans
• Proactively manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables
Influencer Strategy & Execution
• Source, vet, and onboard TikTok creators aligned with campaign goals
• Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, and content delivery
• Oversee content approvals, posting schedules, and brand compliance
• Hold creators accountable to timelines and quality standards
Campaign Operations
• Own influencer campaign timelines from kickoff through completion
• Track live content, usage rights, whitelisting approvals, and deliverables
• Coordinate with paid media teams on Spark Ads and scaling content
• Maintain organized influencer databases and documentation
Performance & Reporting
• Monitor and track KPIs (views, engagement, CTR, CPA, ROAS)
• Deliver clear, client-ready performance summaries and insights
• Identify high-performing creators and repeatable content patterns
• Recommend data-backed optimizations to improve results
