Own and manage the end-to-end collision repair process, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, repair teams, and insurance partners. Deliver accurate estimates, timely approvals, and consistent communication to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Intake claims and schedule inspections
• Prepare and manage estimates and supplements
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters for approvals
• Provide proactive customer updates throughout repairs
• Track repair timelines, approvals, and resolve delays
