The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the conformance to the Technology Specifications (Open RAN, 3GPP) and contributing to the design of new radio cellular features, challenging existing solutions, and taking ownership of Proof of Concept features during their SW implementation and release.

Job Description

We are looking for a 4G Senior  System Integration Engineer to deliver innovative functionalities to our customers and optimize our next-generation of Open-RAN base-station products in LTE.

What you'll do: :
• Ensure the Product conformance to the Technology Specifications (Open RAN, 3GPP).
• Contribute to review the design of new radio cellular features (e.g. rate adaptation, power control, scheduler, interference mitigation);
• Challenge the implemented solutions and suggest improvements.
• Take ownership of features from early Proof of Concept, then during their SW implementation and release to customers.
• Analyze cellular systems issues reported from internal labs or observed in the field by customers.

What you should have: :
• 5 years of experience in 3GPP Radio protocols (on LTE or 5G) - Must
• Good knowledge of wireless communication theory.
• Product and Customer-oriented, with a high curiosity for Innovative solutions.
• Experienced system engineer, including specification definition, verification, SW development methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive in a global multi-site environment.
• Fluent English.

Education: :
• B.Sc. with a major in communication theory and systems and/or signal processing.
