About the Opportunity
This role is all about owning and improving how we communicate with the world—through email, web, and collaboration across teams. As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll help turn ideas into campaigns, content, and experiences that drive real results.

Own and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, nurture campaigns, and account-based campaigns aligned with sales target accounts

Craft compelling copy and intentionally select existing brand images and product photos for new or revised website pages.

Compile and package content, assets, and requirements for website developers to implement.

Monitor email and website analytics, surfacing insights and recommendations to the team

Create revised content and assets to test, iterate, and improve website page and email performance over time.

Initiate and participate in collaborative discussions to improve messaging, targeting, and overall marketing effectiveness

About You
Our ideal candidate is a creative and organized marketer who enjoys both strategy and execution and takes pride in seeing projects through from start to finish. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

Experience:

Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp is highly beneficial

Experience working with website content and digital marketing campaigns

Skills:

Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools

Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Comfort collaborating with sales, technical, and creative team members

A proactive, self-starting mindset with a desire to continuously improve

Website development skills are not required, but considered a strong asset

Our starting annual total compensation package—including base salary and performance incentives—ranges from $ 50638.50 to $ 70893.90, depending on experience.
