Job Overview:

We are seeking a Reddit Optimizer Specialist to manage, optimize, and grow our brand’s presence across Reddit communities. The ideal candidate is highly skilled at understanding Reddit culture, navigating subreddits, and creating content and engagement strategies that drive awareness, conversions, and long-term brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Reddit-specific content and advertising strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Identify high-impact subreddits and build authentic engagement strategies within them.
• Optimize Reddit Ads campaigns for maximum ROI, including A/B testing creatives, audiences, and placements.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously refine strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with subreddit moderators and communities to foster positive brand sentiment.
• Create engaging, on-brand posts, comments, and threads tailored to Reddit’s unique culture.
• Track and report on competitor activity and Reddit trends to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and growth teams to integrate Reddit into broader campaigns.

Key Performance Indicators:

Engagement & Community Growth

• % increase in upvotes, comments, and shares per post.
• Growth in subreddit mentions and participation rates.
• Positive sentiment ratio in comment engagement.

Traffic & Conversion Metrics

• Click-through rate (CTR) from Reddit posts/ads to landing pages.
• Conversion rate (sign-ups, sales, downloads) from Reddit-driven traffic.
• Cost per acquisition (CPA) and ROI from Reddit Ads campaigns.

Content & Campaign Effectiveness

• Average engagement rate per post (upvotes + comments ÷ views).
• Number of successful community-driven campaigns (AMAs, threads, promos).
• A/B test success rate (lift in CTR, conversions, or engagement).

Brand Presence & Reputation

• Increase in brand-related mentions across relevant subreddits.
• % reduction in negative sentiment or downvotes on branded content.
• Successful moderator partnerships or approvals for branded activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Reddit accounts and/or Reddit Ads campaigns.
• Deep understanding of Reddit culture, etiquette, and community dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with analytics/reporting tools.
• Copywriting skills with an ability to adapt tone and style to Reddit audiences.
• Experience in paid media, growth marketing, or community management preferred.
