We are seeking a highly organized and analytically driven General Assistant to support the Head of Roadshows in driving operational excellence across a nationwide roadshow program. This role is instrumental to the continued growth and evolution of our in-person sales strategy, with roadshows representing a significant portion of overall wholesale revenue. You will play a key role in data analysis, logistics coordination, and cross-functional communication—ensuring each show runs smoothly and the program scales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
• Coordinate scheduling of roadshows in alignment with strategic retail doors and timing windows.
• Manage communication between field staff, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Address ad hoc roadshow issues, including staffing shortages, last-minute changes, or communication breakdowns.
Data & Analysis:
• Analyze top-performing retail locations and assist in refining show cadence, geographic planning, and inventory allocation.
• Partner with the Head of Roadshows to make data-informed decisions on show prioritization and ROI.
• Troubleshoot and flag issues in Looker dashboards or reporting inconsistencies across platforms.
Inventory & Display Tracking:
• Create and manage a live tracker for all kits, signage, and display assets used during shows.
• Ensure timely shipments and check-in/check-out processes for physical assets.
Finance & Forecasting:
• Support invoice management and entry into our internal P&L forecaster.
• Work with finance to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of show-related expenses.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, merchandising, or event/field marketing support, preferably in a retail or CPG environment.
• Strong analytical background with demonstrated proficiency in Looker, Google Sheets, and/or Netsuite.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills—this role interfaces with logistics, finance, retail partners, and sales.
