3rd Shift Quality Tech CMM Operator

Parallel Employment in partnership with Waterford, WI manufacturing client is seeking a 3rd Shift Quality Technician / CMM Operator.

Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for part inspection and quality control.
• Final inspection on components; assuring all parts meet specs
• Performs mechanical and dimensional inspection
• Document inspection results clearly and accurately.
• Identify and address non-conformities in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
• Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment as needed.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection or a related role.
• Strong knowledge and experience operating CMM machines.
• Excellent math skills
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in GD&T a plus
