3rd Shift Assistant Supervisor

Scott Electric has a current opening at our Duncansville, PA, branch for a Full-Time Warehouse Assistant Supervisor, Sunday 9:00PM-5:00AM/Monday-Thursday 10:00PM-6:00AM.

 Responsibilities:

Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities

Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity

Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials

Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels

Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy

Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations

Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds

Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment

Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers

Requirements:

Coordinate the driver's route/ logistics

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Ability to multitask and have attention to detail

Demonstrates familiarity with basic computer programs, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

Prior experience in inventory control, forklift operation, and general warehousing

Manages time effectively and efficiently

Effectively manages employee-related situations

Demonstrates strong skills in ensuring a positive customer experience

Knowledge about company products 

Good communication skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

Electrical experience preferred
