Must work independently as Digital Manufacturing Consultant.Develop Material flow, process steps and product breakdown structure with requirement of the manufacturing build schedule using DELMIA 3DEXPERIENCE softwareMust have used MEA / EQS / PPL / MBOM /PLA / Factory Simulation Tools in 3DEXPERIENCE in prioritizing builds, expediting, and automating transactions per Lean concepts. Solid experience in Industrial Plant operations & Manufacturing assembly  Be able to collaborate effectively with multi-Functional teamsMust have delivered independently in any DELMIA 3DEXPERIENCE based Process planning & Simulation projects.Creating, delivering, and standardizing flow models of existing and future manufacturing Lines/Plants and FALs.Meet the needs of internal and external customers, through documenting, understanding and prioritizing customer requirements.End to End functional knowledge from design to EBOM to MBOM to PBOMProduce and maintain flow models and simulations.

Mandatory: Exposure in Automotive/Aerospace industry is a plusExposure to supply chain planning, demand planning, logistics, purchasing.Exposure to operations, Quality Control, inventory management, MRP and lean manufacturing processes.Familiarity with 3D modeling software and Virtual simulation software DELMIA 3DX.Knowledge in production managementKnowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes. Not required from my point of view

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

B.E IN Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
