3D Visualizer

Nawy Real Estate is looking for a talented 3D Visualizer to create stunning visual representations of our architectural designs. As a 3D Visualizer, you will be responsible for bringing our projects to life through high-quality renderings, helping clients and stakeholders visualize the final outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality 3D models and visualizations for architectural projects using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into realistic visual content.
• Create accurate renderings and animations that showcase the design intent effectively.
• Enhance visualizations with textures, lighting, and environmental elements to provide a realistic representation.
• Prepare presentation materials for client meetings and project proposals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in 3D visualization and architectural rendering.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as: 3ds Max, Blender, Maya, Revit, Rhino, Naviswork or similar tools.
• Proficiency in rendering engines such as: V-Ray or Corona and image editing software like Adobe Photoshop.
• Other valuable tools can include SketchUp, AutoCAD, and real-time visualizers like Enscape or D5 render.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural concepts, design processes, and visualization techniques.
• Excellent artistic and visual skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
